Lynda de Zorzi

My name is Lynda de Zorzi, and I’ve worked in commercial production for over two decades. I began as a truck PA at a time when few women were in the role, learning and growing into my current role today as a Production Supervisor. Over the years, I’ve seen our industry evolve through both its highs and lows, gaining a deep understanding of the broader challenges we all face today — from shifting economic realities to the changing nature of our work. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective on the industry as a whole and the people who keep it moving.

I currently serve on the Board of IATSE Production Workers Guild Local 111 as the Production Supervisor Craft Representative — a role I take seriously as our community navigates working under a collective bargaining agreement for the first time. My focus has been on listening to members, bringing their concerns forward, and helping shape solutions that reflect both our realities on set and our shared goals for a fairer, more sustainable industry, for all freelancers working under the contract.

If elected to the PHBP Board, I’ll bring the same diligence, transparency, and attention to detail to this role. Many of you already know me — even before this organizing movement — and have reached out with contract questions or workplace concerns. It’s been my honor to be a resource, a sounding board, and an advocate for our community, and I hope to continue that work by representing the collective voice of everyone who contributes to and relies on PHBP.
